Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tiazan Travel. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tiazan Travel's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Reservations
When you make a booking through Tiazan Travel, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). Tiazan Travel acts as an intermediary and is not the principal in these contracts. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the individual supplier. Prices are displayed inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. Please review the specific cancellation terms before completing your booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Some fares are non-refundable.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform to: • Make fraudulent bookings • Scrape or harvest data without permission • Interfere with the operation of our services • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
Tiazan Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by travel suppliers. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
